Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo, as shared by your Google account.
• When you join the cohort waitlist: your years of experience, along with the account details above.
• When you request course access: your name and email address.
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, buttons clicked) via Google Analytics, to understand what content helps and what does not.

How we use it

• To contact you about the cohort batch you joined the waitlist for, including early bird pricing.
• To manage your access to course content.
• We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or send unrelated promotional email.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), which we use as our backend. Google's own Firebase privacy terms apply to that storage.

Your choices

Want your data removed from the waitlist or your account deleted? Email hello@desiarchitect.com and we will delete it. No hoops.

Terms of Use

• The content on this site (lessons, videos, diagrams, the Tadka capstone material) is owned by The Desi Architect and is for your personal learning. Do not redistribute or resell it.
• Joining the waitlist is free and is not a purchase. It reserves nothing and charges nothing; it only means we contact you first when a batch opens.
• Cohort enrollment, payment and access terms are shared at the time the batch opens, before any payment is taken.
• Session recordings are watermarked and licensed to the enrolled student only.

Refund Policy

Full refund within 7 days of the cohort start date. No questions asked. If the first week does not convince you, you get 100% back. Email hello@desiarchitect.com with your registration details.
